Father's Day Cards

Sticking with a really simple design, I made my father-in-law and my step-father-in-law father's day cards. I just hope they know how much they mean to me, I consider them as my adoptive dads. They have been there for me (in their own ways) and have put up with my craziness. They always greet me with a smile or a smarty pants remark, and I wouldn't change any of it.

Reach for the Sky!

Well that was my inspiration for this card! Since my friends' brother's graduation party is tomorrow I thought this theme would be appropriate. I sewed on a button with some nice silver metallic thread, stuck to a simple design and color scheme, and out came a graduation card!

We are going to a high school graduation this weekend so I decided to make a card! And what better than a graduation cap!

A Good Life...

 On friday my wonderful husband and I celebrated our "since we started dating" anniversary! It's been four years!! Four!! Where did the time go?? I guess time flies when you're having so much fun! So of cours I made him a card :)

I wanted to use this awesomely cute flower print paper again so I made a simple card with some left over scraps from the last card! :)

Yo Face!!

We went shopping yesterday and when I came across this stamp I just knew I had to buy it..it said "funny Face" and my best friend and I have this inside joke, and this stamp was perfect!! So I quickly started making a card for her for no other reason than to use this awesome stamp!!

Happy Valentine's Day!!

I hope everyone is having a sweet day!! I wanted to make my husband a Valentine's Day card that was cute and more special than all the other one's i've made. I actually made this card a couple weeks ago but since he reads my blog, i've had to try and hide it. He of course LOVED it!

He knows I don't particularly like Valentine's Day, well more like I don't like getting flowers (especially red roses) and chocolates on this day or any day really. I think they're too overused, and you should get flowers not because it's a holliday (well I consider it to be a holliday) but because they love you. Anyways, my wonderful husband got me a Valentine's Day present and I love it!! He got me my own set of tools!! Granted they aren't name brand or fancy, but they're PINK!!
